A Russell Springs man was arrested late last week by Kentucky State Police on numerous traffic offenses as well as criminal mischief, according to jail records.
Rocky L. Weddle, age 52, was charged with first degree criminal mischief, fleeing or evading police first degree, reckless driving, driving too fast for conditions, rear license plate not illuminated, failure to maintain insurance, wanton endangerment first degree (police officer), operating on a suspended or revoked operators’ license, operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device, and five counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
Weddle was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
