The Russell County Fiscal Court will meet in a special-called session this morning.
The meeting will be held at 11 a.m. in the courtroom of the old Russell County Courthouse.
The court is set to hear tax rates for special taxing districts in the county as well as vote on a resolution for a five-year solid waste plan.
