46 new COVID cases reported in Russell County last week

The Kentucky Department for Public Health reported 46 new COVID cases in Russell County last week.

Neighboring Pulaski County was among the highest in the state with 112 new cases last week, while neighboring Adair County had 47.

Wayne County had 29 cases, while Casey County had 21, and Clinton and Cumberland counties had 13 each.

Statewide, the positivity rate was 15.75 percent and 10,191 new cases were reported across the commonwealth.
