Tuesday’s events at the Russell County fair begin early with floral hall open entry beginning at 8 a.m.
Later that evening, Paradise Amusements will open the carnival at 6 p.m.
Then at 7 p.m., the off-road challenge will take place with classes for dirt bikes, side-by-sides, tube buggies, and kids classes.
