The Russell Springs Police Department released its monthly activity report for the month of May.
During the month of May, the department recorded three alcohol DUI arrests, eight drug-related arrests, performed 10 traffic stops, worked 20 auto accidents (two with injuries), performed 28 motorist assists, 17 alarm calls, and 41 calls for extra patrol.
The department’s alcohol beverage control performed 44 inspections in the month of May.
