A Russell Springs man was arrested on multiple charges just after midnight Sunday.
19-year-old Dylan Bland was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, reckless driving, speeding 26 mph or more over the limit, failure to produce an insurance card, and failure to appear.
Bland was arrested by Trooper Brumley of Kentucky State Police Post 15 and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
