Russell County remains green on the latest COVID map as many other counties around the state turn yellow and red.
The counties making up the Lake Cumberland District remain green, although nearby Monroe County is now yellow.
The map is based on the CDC Community Spread model. This model calculates the level of Covid-19 infection in the community based on hospital capacity and the number of new COVID admitted patients to the hospital for the last week.
