A seventh candidate has filed for Jamestown City Council.
Dwight W. Richards filed for the city’s governing body on Tuesday.
Richards is the seventh candidate to file for the six-member council, joining each of the current council members, all of which have filed for re-election.
The deadline to file for offices such as mayor and city council is approaching, with June 7 at 4 p.m. set as the deadline to file.
