The Russell County Family Resource and Youth Service Centers have been provided 225 food boxes to give away to school families.
This Thursday, June 30th, there will a drive-through food box pick-up at Russell Springs Elementary School from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.
This is for all Russell County students, no matter what age or school they attend.
Participants are instructed to drive around the back of the school in the drop off – pick up line to pick up their box.
There is a one box per family limit and the event is on a first come, first serve basis.
