A Russell Springs man was arrested by Russell Springs Police on multiple charges early Wednesday.
Clifton Mark Collins, age 48, was arrested and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, failure to produce insurance card, no registration, and other charges.
Collins was arrested by Officer Matt Parrish with the Russell Springs Police Department. He was originally lodged in the Russell County Detention Center but was transferred to the Adair County Regional Jail.
