Severe Weather Possible Wednesday Night

Happy Monday, everyone! It has been a while since I posted a weather update as things have been relatively quiet lately. Things will change Wednesday and especially into Wednesday night as there is a threat for strong to severe storms.

The Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma has outlined much of Central and Southern Kentucky in a Level 1 Marginal Risk for severe weather. A Level 2 Slight Risk is posted to the west from Hopkinsville to Paducah. Still too early to get specific on timing and threats, but just know that severe weather is possible Wednesday and Wednesday night.

Latest model indicates a possible squall line moving through the area Wednesday night and into very early Thursday morning. This is all subject to change, and I will keep you posted as more updated information comes in.
