A Russell Springs man was arrested by Kentucky State Police on Wednesday evening on a couple of charges, according to jail records.
Kevin Hall, 43, was charged with disorderly conduct, second degree, and with alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 6 p.m. last evening.
