Read Across Russell County will be taking place later this month.
The Russell County Education Association and the Russell County Public Library are planning to host the event on March 29, with face painting, photo booths, free pizza, and high school students reading to younger children.
The first Read Across Russell County event, held before the COVID pandemic, had over 200 attendees.
The Read Across Russell County event will take place Tuesday, March 29 from 4-6 p.m. at the Russell County Public Library.
