Leslie McGowan, a teacher at Russell County Middle School, has been named the Russell County Education Association’s Certified Employee of the Month.
RCEA President Brooke Bartrug presented McGowan with a check for $100 at this month’s regular meeting of the Russell County Board of Education on Monday evening at the Russell County Schools ANC.
