A Jamestown woman was arrested by Kentucky State Police in Adair County late Thursday night.
Jessica Helm, age 29, was arrested by Trooper Jacob Harper with Kentucky State Police Post 15 and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, no registration plates, and no registration receipt.
She was arrested and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail at around 10:40 p.m. Thursday.
