A Jamestown man was arrested Wednesday morning on a criminal trespassing charge, according to jail records.
Ernest B. Foley, age 54, was arrested by Officer Lee Smith with the Jamestown Police Department on a single first degree criminal trespassing charge and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center shortly after 10 a.m. Wednesday.
