An Elizabethtown man was arrested by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday evening.
29-year-old Joshua Philpott was arrested and charged with theft by failure to make a required disposition of property.
Philpott was arrested by Deputy Corey Meyer and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.
