Russell County Schools will be utilizing NTI Thursday, January 20, according to Superintendent Michael Ford.
Ford said school district personnel participated in a conference call with the National Weather Service Wednesday afternoon and the confidence level for hazardous road conditions Thursday morning is “great” due to ice/black ice.
