WATCH: Jamestown Mayor Nick Shearer recognizes Russell Springs Mayor Eddie Thomas

In a show of cooperation and teamwork, Jamestown Mayor Nick Shearer recognized Russell Springs Mayor Eddie Thomas as a Friend of Jamestown during a Jamestown City Council meeting last week, noting how well the two have worked together and the cooperation between the cities during Shearer’s tenure.
