Russell Springs City Councilman Larry Skaggs is looking to change offices as he filed to run for Magistrate in the 5th District on Wednesday.
Skaggs currently serves on the Russell Springs City Council and has previously served as Coroner.
Skaggs is the third candidate to file for 5th District Magistrate. He joins Vince P. White and Ryan Vaughan as candidates for that office.
