A Russell County man was arrested in Adair County on an assault charge Sunday night.
Travis Passmore, age 27, was arrested and charged with assault fourth degree dating violence.
Passmore was arrested by officer Josh Durbin of the Columbia Police Department and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail at around 7 p.m. Sunday.
