The Russell County Middle School Basketball teams swept Hart County Thursday.
The 6th grade team won 41-26 with Myles Davis scoring 10 points, Connor Davidson scoring 7, Luke Walters scoring 5, Talen Huckaby scoring 4, Keenan Stille scoring 3, and Will Coffey, Gunner Godbey, Eyan Propes, Kendall Wilson, Christian Williams, and Bentley Rankins with 2 points each.
The 7th grade team won 44-10 with Tyson Stille scoring 20, Cameron Bolin scoring 9, Mannix Bell with 7, Jameson Irvin with 4, Myles Davis with 2, and Tanner Stringer and Jaden Wooten with 1 point each.
The 8th grade team won 66-18 with Maddox Shearer scoring 11, Max Davis scoring 10, Noah Bennett and Webber Wilson with 9 each, Adrian Eads with 5, Dylan Stanelle, Bryson Irvin, Carter Stapp, and Kinnett Wills with 4 each, and Noah McMillin, Walker Stephens, and Jordan Beck with 2 points each.
The RCMS Lakers will be back at home on Monday, Dec. 6 when they host Green County.
