A Liberty man was arrested early Wednesday morning by Russell Springs Police on multiple charges.
According to jail records, Ronald Satterly, age 40, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance – second offense, failure to maintain insurance, and driving on a DUI-suspended license.
Satterly was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 6 a.m. Wednesday.
