Kentucky State Police are continuing to search for a Russell County man wanted for rape, incest, and strangulation.
Michael D. Foster, age 36, is believed to be in Russell County or in the Sturgis area of Union County.
He was indicted in September by a Russell County grand jury and charged with five counts of rape first degree, five counts of incest, and one count of strangulation.
Foster is 6 feet tall with brown hair and brown eyes.
