Eubank man arrested after “Predator Poachers” catches him at Somerset movie theater

A Eubank man was arrested recently after an online group called “Predator Poachers” approached him at a Somerset movie theater for sending inappropriate messages to a person he thought was an 11-year-old girl.

Floyd T. Adams, age 46, of Eubank, was arrested by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office for promoting the use of a minor less than 12 years of age.

According to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, deputy Alex Wesley responded to the Somerset Cinemas 8 Movie Theater where the group had confronted Adams. The group told law enforcement that they tracked Adams down on Instagram, where he had allegedly made plans to meet with the fictitious girl at the movie theater for the purpose of inappropriate relations.

Adams was transported to the Pulaski County Detention Center, and a search warrant was executed at his residence where several electronics and storage devices were seized.

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office is continuing the investigation.
