Branscum Construction, RCPL receive Build Kentucky Awards

Branscum Construction and the Russell County Public Library are being recognized for the construction of the new library.

Branscum Construction was presented the “2021 Build Kentucky Award”  by the Associated General Contractors of Kentucky for its category of new construction.

This honor is widely recognized throughout the construction industry as this recognition exemplifies the high caliber of quality workmanship executed on this project.

On Wednesday, Branscum Construction shared this  “Build Kentucky Award” with the Russell County Public Library Board, the community and the design team of Brandstetter Carroll during a ceremony at the library.

This is the third Russell County project that Branscum Construction has been recognized for by the AGC. The others include the Russell County Auditorium/Natatorium Complex in 2010 and First Baptist Church of Russell Springs in 2009.

The 14,955 square foot library has drawn praise from library directors and boards across the state.
