The Russell County Senior Center is planning to reopen on Monday.
With the uptick in COVID cases that began in August and September, the senior center has been only offering drive-thru meals and meal delivery to homebound seniors.
As COVID case numbers have trended down, the senior center is planning to reopen to allow seniors to spend time in the facility.
The senior center is operated by the Lake Cumberland Area Development District. It is located at 132 Brian Walters Drive and can be reached at 270-866-2899.
