A Russell Springs woman was arrested by Kentucky State Police Wednesday morning.
Patricia Norris, age 40, was arrested and charged with trafficking in more than two grams of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance third degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Norris was arrested by Trooper Begley with Kentucky State Police and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center after 2 p.m.
