A Russell Springs man is in jail charged with cruelty to animals second degree.
Dalton Goodson, age 19, was arrested by Russell Springs Police and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center around 7:30 p.m. Monday.
Goodson was sentenced on the charges and is scheduled to be released on Nov. 18, according to jail records.
