A Russell Springs man was arrested by Kentucky State Police in Adair County Monday night.
According to jail records, Wayne E. Murrell, age 42, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, failure to wear seat belts, inadequate silencer (muffler), failure to or improper signal, and speeding 22 mph over the limit.
Murrell was arrested by Kentucky State Police and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail just before 8:30 p.m. Monday.
