A Columbia man was arrested by the Russell Springs Police Department Monday night.
Paul Helm, age 58, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence aggravating circumstance and no registration plates.
Helm was arrested by officer Robert Baugh with the Russell Springs Police Department and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 7:30 p.m. Monday.
