Incumbent State Representative Josh Branscum has filed for re-election.
Branscum is serving his first term as Representative in the 83rd District, which includes Russell, Cumberland and Clinton Counties, along with a portion of Pulaski County.
So far, Branscum is the only candidate to file for the office.
