A Russell Springs man was arrested by Kentucky State Police Tuesday evening.
According to jail records, James Tudder, age 50, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with physical evidence.
Tudder was arrested by Trooper Begley with KSP Post 15 and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 5:30 p.m.
