A Columbia man was arrested by Kentucky State Police locally Sunday night.
Joey D. Murphy, age 40, was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking more than $10,000 but less than $100,000.
Murphy was arrested by KSP Trooper Ford and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
