Kentucky State Police arrested a Russell Springs woman Monday evening.
Jeanine Roy, age 50, was arrested by Kentucky State Police and charged with assault fourth degree minor injury, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a vehicle.
Roy was arrested by Trooper Cornett of KSP Post 15 and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 4:30 p.m.
