Loretta J. Cook, 79, of Lexington, KY, formerly of Jamestown, KY, passed
away Friday, June 18th, at her residence.
Loretta was born in Jamestown, KY on August 9, 1941, a daughter of the
late Orpha (McGowan) and Velmer Foley.
She was a retired Assistant Vice President at the Bank of Jamestown.
Loretta is survived by
a daughter, Rhonda, wife of David Molden, of Lexington, KY;
granddaughter Alyssa Molden, of Lexington, KY
four brothers, Ralph, husband of Mary Ann Foley, of Nashville, TN; Alben,
husband of Janet Foley, of Jamestown, KY; Gibson, husband of Patsy
Foley, of Jamestown, KY; Harry, husband of Sandra Foley, of Columbia, KY.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Gene Cook.
Religious Service at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, Jamestown,, KY, at 1:00 PM
CST on Wednesday, June 23rd, with Bro. Eddie Benton officiating.
Friends may visit Wednesday 11:00 AM CST. at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel.
Interment at Jamestown Cemetery Jamestown, KY.
Pallbearers: David Molden, Bart Molden, Stuart Foley, Ryan Molden, Adam
Moore, and Ross Russell.
