Russell County Schools Gifted and Talented Coordinator Hannah England has been appointed to a state board.
England was appointed to the Kentucky Advisory Council for Gifted and Talented Education.
England will serve a two-year term on the board.
The council was created to make recommendations regarding the provision of educational services for gifted and talented students in the Commonwealth. The board is made up of 19 members from across Kentucky.
