The Russell Springs Community Center on Main Street plans to reopen to the public next month, according to Russell Springs Mayor Eddie Thomas.
Thomas said the center, which has been closed to bookings because of COVID-19 guidelines, will reopen at the beginning of April with 60 percent capacity.
Citizens who use the facility will be asked to follow COVID-19 protocols, including social distancing and mask-wearing.
