Visitation: Thursday, March 4, 2021 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.

Funeral: Friday, March 5, 2021 at 11:00am at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home

Burial: Military Springs Cemetery in Jabez

Donations: Military Springs Cemetery Fund
