A Russell Springs man was arrested by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Wednesday evening.
Jeffery C. Newland, 34, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, reckless driving, failure to maintain insurance, failure to produce insurance card, and no state registration.
Newland was arrested by Officer Estes with the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife and lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center at around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
