A Russell Springs man was arrested on an assault charge Monday evening.
Ronald Edward Price, 59, was arrested and charged with assault fourth degree (domestic violence) yesterday evening.
Price was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center at 6:14 p.m. Monday.
