Mayor Eddie Thomas congratulates new businesses in community, looking to add new ones soon

Russell Springs Mayor Eddie Thomas took some time to congratulate businesses that recently opened in Russell Springs.

Those businesses include:

Laker Laundry

Hop Skip N Jump

Common Grounds Coffee and Yoga

Uptown Furniture

3:23 Hair Society

Bargains Out the Door

The Break Room Billiards

Impact Apparel (Formerly Thomas Sports Apparel, now owned by Brian Walters)

Thomas also extended a congratulations to the new owners of Bernard Funeral Home, Curt Demrow and Aaron Cain.

Thomas added that the city is working on bringing some other new businesses into the community.

“We’ve got a couple others looking to locate here,” Thomas said. “Jeramy [Coffey] has been working hard and he’s had some productive meetings, and I think in the future, we’re going to have some really good news. He’s working on some things that I believe are really exciting, so let’s hang on and see what comes of that.”
