Arrests made locally on Monday included the following individuals:
William Sinclair, 33, of Clarksville, Tennessee, arrested by Russell Springs Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jonathon A. Stuber, 32, of Albany, arrested and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
