Russell Springs Police arrested Trevor Alan Johnson, 22, of Russell Springs Wednesday morning.
Johnson is charged with possession of methamphetamine, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and buy/possess drug paraphernalia.
Johnson was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 9 a.m.
