Two Russell County residents were indicted by an Adair County grand jury.
Doris Anna-Carol Roy, also known as Dana McFarland or Doris Norris, of North Highway 127 in Russell Springs was indicted on charges of burglary in the first degree, persistent felony offender first degree, and theft by unlawful taking or disposition of a firearm.
Buddy Tyler Bernard, of Briar Patch Road in Russell Springs, was indicted on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, promoting contraband in the first degree, and speeding 12mph over the limit.
