A 28-year-old Columbia woman was arrested and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center Thursday afternoon.
Chelsey Andrew, 28, is facing a charge of Dependency Action according to the RCDC website.
Andrew was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at about 3:30 p.m. and is being held on a $250 cash bond.
