A Russell Springs man was arrested Monday in Columbia on drug charges. According to a release from the Columbia Police Department, city officers responded to a report of a person passed out in a vehicle on Page Street Monday morning. Upon making contact, officers found 40 year old Brandon Gillock of Russell Springs inside the car and under the influence. A search of Gillock yielded suspected drug paraphernalia and narcotics.
Gillock is facing various charges including possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine.
Sergeant Charles Greer was the arresting Officer. He was assisted on scene by Officers Jamie Cole and Drew Conn.
