A Russell County teenager was flown from a scene reportedly off GV Hale Road Monday evening after an accidental shooting.
Many details remain unknown, but WJRS News has confirmed with local law enforcement that a 16-year-old Russell County male was flown from the scene and the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and Kentucky State Police are in agreement that the shooting was accidental in nature.
The investigation is ongoing. More details will be released as they’re made available.
