Kentucky State Police say they have safely located a missing teenager from Edmonton (Metcalfe County).
Amber Rowe, 17, was reportedly located in Greenville, Kentucky, and returned to her guardian on Tuesday.
Rowe had been reported missing and was last seen on Oct. 26 in Metcalfe County.
Kentucky State Police Tpr. Ricky Cross is the investigating officer.
