Keith Appleby, age 63, of Jamestown, passed away Sunday, November 22nd, at Russell County Hospital.
Keith was born in Jamestown, Ky on May 21, 1957 to the late Emma (Bell) and Johnny Appleby.
Keith is also survived by four sisters, Patsy McGowan, Patty Appleby, Jay Appleby, and Rose Ball, all of Jamestown, KY.
Two brothers survive: Kenny Appleby and Wendell Appleby, both of Jamestown, KY;
